The villa features a large open naya and barbecue area with stunning views and the entrance to the main villa. There is a small kitchen, a large lounge / diner with satellite TV, 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a master bedroom en-suite. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Outside is a mature well-stocked garden and an 8m x 4m swimming pool. It is centrally heated (gas bottles) allowing for all-year-round living. There is internet and satellite TV at an extra charge. There is also a driveway for several cars.
Please note that the garage is not included and there is a 1-bedroom apartment underneath which will remain locked.
Rental includes pool and garden maintenance.
