Two years later, she seized the opportunity to acquire VillaMia, building on its solid foundations to create a highly respected real estate agency. Over the past 14 years, Michelle has leveraged her expertise in marketing, social media, and public relations to modernize and grow the business significantly.
Known for her exceptional organization and ability to meet tight deadlines, Michelle thrives under pressure while maintaining her characteristic warmth and positivity. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of the local market make her an invaluable resource for clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties in the region.
Victoria grew up in Kazakhstan, where she studied English as a translator and teacher. In 2005, she relocated to Spain, where she now lives with her husband and two daughters.
With over a decade of experience in the property market around Jávea and the surrounding areas, Victoria plays a vital role at VillaMia. Often the first point of contact, she provides a warm and professional introduction to the agency.

Julia brings over 15 years of experience as a Sales Executive in large multinational companies, combined with a proven track record in property investment and marketing strategy. After moving to Spain in 2020, Julia expanded her expertise into luxury holiday rentals, adding another dimension to her skill set in the property market.
Throughout her career, Julia has successfully delivered sales, marketing, and strategic projects while managing customer and supplier relationships. Her extensive experience in sales processes, people management, and relationship-building allows her to provide exceptional support to both current and future clients.

Emily has called Spain home since she was five years old. Spanish at heart but English by heritage, she graduated from IES La Mar with a qualification in Administration and Finance after studying at Spanish schools.
Following three years of experience in retail, Emily moved to Alicante to embrace the city’s vibrant lifestyle and rich traditions. Now a full-time member of the VillaMia team, Emily is handling all sales-related tasks with efficiency and enthusiasm. She also manages the agency’s social media presence, showcasing her creativity and dedication to the business.
An adventurous spirit, Emily loves exploring new places and travelling. Her passion for animals also shines through as she actively supports and cares for animals in need. Always ready to lend a hand with a smile, Emily is an invaluable part of the VillaMia team.
Elena’s love for homes stems from her upbringing as the daughter of an architect and an engineer. Her passion for languages, travel, and connecting with people complements her enthusiasm for real estate.
A graduate of Moscow State University, Elena earned her degree in Foreign Languages with a specialisation in intercultural communication and interpretation. She moved to Spain in 2013 and found her perfect fit at VillaMia, combining her love of building relationships with helping clients find their dream homes.

Callam brings over 20 years of experience managing UK businesses, including a creative marketing agency and a successful property portfolio. His background in business planning, relationship management, and customer service gives him a well-rounded approach to property management.
Since 2010, Callam has focused on property management and sales, helping grow a letting business from a handful of properties to hundreds. At VillaMia, he oversees managed rental properties, serving as the main point of contact for tenants and owners, ensuring swift issue resolution and peace of mind for clients, even when they’re living abroad.
