The villa is almost completely privately located, on the edge of a quiet residential area - just a few minutes by car you will find the beach and amenities.

The villa is located in a large garden with a lawn, palms, citrus trees and oleanders. Adjacent to the house you will find a beautiful terrace and a swimming pool with lighting, a luxury lounge set, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a masonry barbecue. The villa also has a separate guest house.
There is wifi and sat TV (at an extra cost). Air con in two of the bedrooms and gas central heating throughout (bottles).
No pets. Pool and garden maintenance costs are 100 euros per month.
