The villa is almost completely privately-located, on the edge of a quiet residential area - just a few minutes by car you will find the beach and amenities.
The villa is bright, open and very spacious (more than 150m²) with a great veranda, built in original Spanish style and with great taste. The villa is located in a large garden with a lawn, palms, citrus trees and oleanders. Adjacent to the house you will find a beautiful terrace and a swimming pool with lighting, a luxury lounge set, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a masonry barbecue. The villa also has a separate guest house.
There is WiFi and satellite TV (at an extra cost). There is air-conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms and gas central-heating throughout (bottles).
Pool and garden maintenance costs are 150€ / month. Professional final clean at tenant's expense.
