Upstairs is the 3rd large bedroom and a private balcony.
It's a beautiful complex with a small gym, a heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, a steam room and 2 outdoor pools.
Facilities include hot and cold air-conditioning (ducted downstairs and a separate unit upstairs), WiFi and satellite TV set up, electric blinds, underground parking and a store room. There is a satellite dish on the top of the building, and many channels from several countries are available including many English channels.
Older couple preferred. 1 dog is considered but not allowed on the sofa or beds. No cats.
Minimum 2-month rental. Deposit is 2 months. The deposit and total rental payment is to be paid upfront and full month payments only. Plus bills. Final clean 150€ to be deducted from the deposit. Owners can provide duvets, pillows and linens at 15€/ person.
