This light apartment on the first floor with lift access consists of a fully-equipped separate kitchen with gas hob and table and chairs, a utility room, and a well-proportioned living / dining area with access to a south-facing terrace with open views of the pretty communal gardens. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower and leads out to a sunny terrace. A second bedroom with a single bed has a pull out single bed underneath it and a full bathroom.

Facilities include gas central heating with radiators on mains gas. WiFi is available (at an extra cost of about 19€ per month). There is an underground parking space, but no store room. There is hot / cold air-conditioning in the lounge. There is no microwave or duvets and limited linens.
