The apartment is on the 1st floor with a lift, and features a lovely open-plan kitchen and lounge with lots of light and access to the balcony. The master bedroom is en-suite with a shower and there's a 2nd single bedroom and shower room.
Facilities include fibre wifi (at an extra cost), ducted air-conditioning, underground parking and a storeroom. Older couple preferred.
The total rental payment is to be paid upfront. Final clean 100€ to be deducted from the deposit. Owners can provide duvets, pillows and lines at 15€ / person.
