This brand new 2-bedroom apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Arenal beach and local amenities. It's on the first floor with a lift.

The apartment features a lounge / diner with access to the balcony, a modern kitchen (which can be closed off) and a separate utility area.

There is a master bedroom with a jack-and-jill door to the shower room, and a second twin bedroom.

All the furniture is brand new and facilities include ducted hot and cold air-conditioning, electric under-floor heating, fibre internet, underground parking and a storeroom.

Outside is a communal pool, and gardens with a play area for children.

The total rental payment is to be paid upfront with full-month payments only.

The final clean 100€ is to be deducted from the deposit.

The owners can provide duvets, pillows and lines at 15€/ person.

An older couple would be preferred.
