This brand new 2 bed apartment is only a few minutes walk from the Arenal beach and amenities. On the first floor, with lift, the property comprises : lounge/diner with access to the balcony and on the side (can be closed off with doors) is the modern kitchen and a separate utility area. There is a master bedroom with jack and Jill door to the shower room plus a second twin bedroom. Outside there is a communal pool and gardens plus play area for children. All furniture is brand new and facilities include: ducted hot and cold air con, electric underfloor heating, fibre internet, underground parking and storeroom. One dog is considered but NOT allowed on sofa or beds. No cats.
Available February, March and April 2025 and and older couple preferred.
The total rental payment is to be paid upfront and full month payments only.
Final clean 100€ to be deducted from the deposit. Owners can provide duvets, pillows and lines at 15€/ person.
