Property comprises: From the entrance on the street, you have seven steps going up to the complex door. As you enter the front door the lounge is large and light with access to the private terrace. The terrace also has a side gate so you can access the pool without going the front door way. In the lounge is a small writing desk, a dining table with 6 chairs, a side unit then a large unit with books etc as well as the TV on a unit and 2 sofas and a coffee table.  The kitchen is at the back of the lounge (sliding door) and has a dishwasher and electric hob and fridge freezer.
