Villa Navecerada is ideally located just a short drive from the village of Moraira, with its sandy main beach and beautiful coves to explore.
On the ground floor, the entrance to the villa is via the covered front terrace. The villa has a kitchen with a dining area and sofa, along with 3 bedrooms – one twin and 2 doubles. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, while the remaining bedrooms share a separate shower room.
Outside, the 9 x 5 metre heated, kidney-shaped swimming pool is set within a spacious terrace with plenty of sun loungers, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
A covered terrace at one end of the pool provides welcome shade and includes a built-in brick BBQ and seating area – perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. There are also plenty of outdoor games, including a mini football goal and basketball hoop.
The villa is fully gated from the road and has ample parking.
Facilities include hot and cold air-conditioning in all bedrooms and gas central heating.
Please note that the first floor will be closed and not available for use. The villa can also be rented as a larger property, including the additional four bedrooms upstairs, for €5,500.
