Downstairs, with its own entrance and private terraces, is a 2-bedroom apartment with an open-plan kitchen, lounge with a pellet burner, and 2 bedrooms sharing a shower room. There is also access to a private terraced area and a further terrace above with sea views. Please note: no furniture in the lounge and one bedroom, and no central heating in the apartment. There is hot and cold air-conditioning in both bedrooms.
Outside is a large summer kitchen with an oven and gas hob, a covered seating area, a barbecue, a large utility area, and a separate shower and cloakroom. There is also a lovely well-established garden with fruit trees and palm trees.
Facilities include gas central heating (small bottles) in the main villa only and partial air-conditioning. There is solar power for the whole outside kitchen and shower. Fibre WiFi is also set up (at an extra cost of €37 with Telitec). There are some sea views from the terrace.
Rental includes pool and garden maintenance.
