Virtual viewings have become increasingly popular as a way to view properties remotely.

Here are some tips on how to get the most out of a virtual viewing:

1. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. This will ensure that the video quality is clear and that the viewing experience is smooth.
2. Ask the agent to provide you with a detailed floor plan of the property before the virtual viewing. This will give you a better understanding of the layout of the property.
3. Take notes during the virtual viewing. This will help you remember important details about the property and compare it to other properties you have viewed.
4. Use the opportunity to ask the agent any questions you may have about the property. This could include questions about the local area, any renovations or repairs that have been done, or the condition of the property.
5. If possible, arrange for a second virtual viewing at a different time of day. This will give you a better idea of how the property looks in different lighting conditions.
6. Use the virtual viewing to take a closer look at the details of the property. This could include examining the quality of the fixtures and fittings, the state of the flooring and walls, and the amount of natural light that enters the property.
7. Finally, make sure that you have all the information you need about the property before making a decision. This may include distance to the school, neighbours and the IBI amount payable.
