Collaboration with other agents

VillaMia understands the importance of working with other reputable agents in the area, to offer clients a wider choice of properties.

All collaborating agents should have an office, website and be dedicated to real estate. If you have a wide group of friends looking for property, this doesn’t make you an agent. Ask about our referral initiative.

If you are fully legal so can an issue facturas then please contact us. We will always need the client name initially on email to check we do not have them already. Once we confirm we do not have them as clients, send us their specifications and we will forward links or feel through to go through our website and see what would suit them and send us the links for approval.

All client registrations should be clients you have direct contact (so not just an enquiry received through a portal) and viewings taking place within the fortnight. After this period, the clients will be de-registered to you unless we hear otherwise regarding viewings.

On our website you can see if a property is direct as it was have a d after the reference number. On rentals, we will only share direct properties. On sales if over 550,000 euros then a three-way split maybe possible but often not our decision.

Please note, the registration is specific to the properties visited.

For over almost 20 years we have built-up an excellent reputation so we are careful who we work with as it will also impact us. VillaMia is part of Mia Costa Blanca S.L., a registered legal company in Spain. CIF: B42636027. We understand some agents will be autonomo and this is no problem.

With sales, commission will be equally shared between both agents, unless otherwise agreed beforehand. There maybe a contract between agents that needs to be signed.

Regarding rentals, whoever has the owner will draw up the bi-lingual contract and arrange the inventory and change over of utility bills. The agent with the tenant, will provide references, proof of income and photo ID and accompany the clients on all viewings. They arrange the agency fee direct with their tenants.

We do have a handful of agents we work with that do not want to get involved with the rentals and simply pass over the contact details and specifications or pass on owner contact details if they have properties to let. We are more than happy to do all the work and in this case, pay half a month´s commission as a thank you.
