With temperatures hovering around a perfect 22–25°C, it’s the ideal time to enjoy the beauty of Jávea, Moraira, Benitachell, and beyond, before the summer crowds arrive.
May is also fiesta season! Many towns celebrate their local saints or springtime with festivals full of tradition and colour. In Jávea, the celebrations for Jesús Nazareno continue until early May, culminating in stunning fireworks and the famous "Pujada", where the statue of Jesús is returned to its chapel.
In Teulada, you’ll find vibrant festivities for Sant Vicent Ferrer, with music, religious ceremonies, and a warm community atmosphere. It's a wonderful month to immerse yourself in the real Costa Blanca culture, where history, devotion, and celebration come together
