At the moment, wasps are very busy eating plants to start building their nests, and everyone seems to have them in their gardens. We have put together some tips to deter wasps and bees:
Keep food and drinks covered: Wasps and bees are attracted to sweet smells and sugary drinks, so make sure to keep your food and drinks covered while outdoors.
Remove garbage regularly: Wasps and bees are attracted to rubbish, so make sure to remove your basura regularly.
Avoid wearing bright colours or floral patterns: Wasps and bees are attracted to bright colours and floral prints, so avoid wearing these while outdoors.
Seal openings: Seal spaces in your home, such as cracks or gaps, to prevent wasps and bees from entering.
Keep areas clean: Keep your outdoor areas clean and free of clutter to discourage wasps and bees from nesting in or around your property.
Use natural repellents: Some natural repellents, such as peppermint oil or eucalyptus oil, can effectively deter wasps and bees.
Call a professional if you have a wasp or bee infestation on your property - a professional pest control service to handle the problem safely and effectively.
Please note unless there is an apparent wasp nest, it is an almost impossible situation for pest control. If there is no nest, all we can suggest is to cut back any plants close to the Naya so that they move further away from the villa.
