Properties are being sold in the current climate based on these video tours alone and it also cuts out a lot of wasted time of viewings where the property simply isn't suitable based on the video.

With 3D Tours, properties sell up to 31% faster and at a higher price. Results from two different researchers show that Matterport 3D virtual walkthroughs can have a measurable effect on real estate transactions.

VillaMia is an SL company - so fully legal and part of the Costa Blanca Business Association (CBBA), Costa Blanca Guides and the Association of International Property Professional (AIPP).

We can put up a sales board if required and advertise on various internationals portals including Kyero, Think Spain, Expert Villas and more. VillaMia is also proactive on social media including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

Our fees for exclusive listings are only 3% plus IVA or we can work with other agents and share the property then it is 5% plus IVA
