CAR HIRE

Weather you just want a car to drop off or pick up from Valencia or Alicante airport, a car for a longer period or extra’s such as a baby car seat, this can be arranged. There is a wide range of cars available, which varying prices, starting from as little as 80 euros per week.

SELLING OR BUYING A CAR

If you are moving to Spain it can be expensive to bring your car over, you may have to make some modifications plus it may be harder getting used to driving on the other side of the road with a right handed car. If you need a second-hand car in Spain or are moving back to the UK and want to sell your car then get in-touch and we can help.

PLUMBER

It may be a small job from a leaking sink to bigger job such as installation of a new heating and air conditioning unit but this can be arranged quickly with a qualified and professional plumber.

ELECTRICIAN

Again, no job is too small or big. From extra internal and external lighting right through to a whole apartment or villa being re-wired, VillaMia can arrange this on your behalf with an English speaking efficient tradesman.

GENERAL BUILDING

You may want to refresh the painting and decorating, have a new kitchen or bathroom installed or even an extension built. Qualified tradesmen will provide quotes for your approval before carrying out the work.

Pool maintenance and gardening work can also be arranged.

CLEANING

From a regular cleaner to a one-off spring clean, your home can be spotless and gleaming after one of our hard-working cleaners gets to work. All materials provided – we just need to know the date and have keys for the property.

COMPUTER SERVICES

Having a laptop and internet connection can be extremely important – especially if you are running a business from home. If you want advice on the best laptops available, programmes installed, files copied over to a new computer or any IT support then look no further. Cartridges and stationery can also be supplied.

LEGAL AND TAX ADVICE

If you want to apply for your NIE and padron, need to understand the legislation regarding setting up a business in Spain or maybe you need a qualified accountant to sort your quarterly accounts and tax, then VillaMia can arrange professional help for you. Even if you have experience running your own business in the UK, there are many different requirements in Spain which must be complied with so it is best to do your homework first.

We can arrange a 24-hour locksmith if you need a door fixed urgently or new locks fitted. Security advice also available.
